Full Registration Information (click to read)
- The symposium is limited to 500 registrations total, a waiting list will be enacted once that number is reached.
- Early Bird tickets are limited to a count of 350 registrations or 31 May 2024, whichever comes first (see counter).
- Regular price, full-registration tickets will be offered from 1 June to 16 August 2024 (or until 500 tickets sell-out).
- Ticket prices are categorised for IASS Members, and for Non Members, for both student and professional tickets.
- Full registrations include all symposium hospitality events, catering, social functions.
- Additional registrations for single-day passes, workshops, technical tours, companion programme, will open on 1 June 2024.
- Registration prices are quoted in Swiss Francs (CHF) and are inclusive of all taxes and fees. Exchange calculator
- Payment methods available are: credit card, TWINT (for Switzerland), invoice.
- If paying by invoice, payment must be completed by date specified on the invoice, otherwise your registration will be deleted.
- Registration will be confirmed only upon receipt of payment.
- All student registrations must provide proof of student status on arrival at the registration desk.
- All IASS membership registrations will be verified directly with the current IASS membership database.
- Confirmation emails will be sent to the registered e-mail address, if you do not receive confirmation immediately after payment please double check your email spam folder and white-list the sending address!
